The kr.Dorms.com Gift Card Rewards Program (the “Program”) is a promotional initiative offered by kr.Dorms.com to reward eligible customers for making qualifying bookings through our platform. Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these terms, which are supplemental to kr.Dorms.com’s general Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid kr.Dorms.com user account
• Reside in a country where digital gift cards can legally be issued.

kr.Dorms.com reserves the right to determine eligibility and to restrict or revoke participation at its sole discretion.

2. Earning Points

Points are awarded for completed bookings made through kr.Dorms.com. The number of points earned per booking is determined by kr.Dorms.com and may vary based on promotions or booking criteria. Points will be credited to the user’s account upon confirmation of a qualifying booking and at checkout.

3. Redeeming Points

Once you have reached the minimum point threshold set by kr.Dorms.com, which may be updated from time to time, you may redeem your points for digital gift cards from a selection of third-party providers. A list of available gift cards and denominations will be displayed in your account dashboard. Gift cards are subject to availability and applicable terms set by the issuer.

4. Expiration and Limitations

• Points will expire on March 31 of the calendar year following the year in which the points were earned.
• Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.
• Points may not be sold, traded, or combined with other accounts.
• kr.Dorms.com is not responsible for lost, stolen, or expired gift cards issued by third parties.

5. Fraud and Abuse

kr.Dorms.com reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or revoke points or gift card redemptions in cases of actual or suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of Program rules, our Terms and Conditions, or applicable laws.

6. Modifications and Termination

kr.Dorms.com may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. In the event of termination, any unredeemed points will be forfeited.
