Je profites de votre message pour vous faire part de ma demande que je n'ai pas réussi à faire à partir de votre site. Il se trouve que j'ai mal lu les informations totalesconcernant l'auberge, à savoir surtout qu'elle n'acceptait pas les jeunes de moins de 16 ans et je voyageais avec ma fille de 19 ans et ma nièce de 15 ans. J'ai réalisé cela juste avant de prendre l'avion et j'ai envoyé un mail à l'auberge pour demander si notre première nuit au moins pouvais être conservée. Je n'ai pas eu de réponse mais une fois à Londres, il s'est avéré que nous ne pouvions pas résider là bas. J'aimerais donc, si cela vous semble juste, être remboursée de l’acompte d'environ 50 euros que j'avais versé sur votre site. La personne de l'auberge Astor Hyde park avec qui j'ai parlé, m'a dit que c'est à vous directement que je devais adresser ma demande. Je sais que ce questionnaire n'est pas le lieu pour formuler une telle demande mais n'ayant pas trouvé le moyen de le faire autrement je vous prie, si vous êtes d'accord, de bien vouloir faire suivre cette demande à qui de droit, en vous en remerciant à l'avance. Auberge trés trés TRES bien situé, proche de plusieurs monuments historiques de la ville, ainsi que des transport en commun (métro et bus), personnel très sympa et a l'ecoute, réduction possible sur certaines attraction avec cette auberge (notamment pour les comédies musicales). Chambre grande avec salle de bain propre et bien entretenu. Possibilité de s'acheter a manger et de ranger la nourriture dans un des frigos notre dispositions dans la cuisine. Salon calme et bien décoré avec une télévision a disposition (avec Netflix). Tout pour rendre le voyage très agréable, je recommande.

very helpful staff and all rooms were very clean. There is a lovely atmosphere in this hostel.

EVERYTHING Very centrally located and close to the tube and to buses. Literally steps away from the national history museum, and Kensington gardens, only five minutes from Hyde park. The staff was absolutely amazing. On my birthday they knew that I was sad being away from my family and friends and they bought me a cake and sung me happy birthday! Everyone was so cool and laid back there were events every night and the amenities were great. I had to leave early and the manager was totally accommodating. The hostel is located in a super nice area of town surrounded by luxury. They have free adapters and free locks available for deposit and movie nights in the lounge. Kitchen was huge and fully stocked The stairs did give me a bit of a workout lol but the place was absolutely amazing I will never stay anywhere else in London but Astor Hyde park. This place met and exceeded any hostel expectations. It was an amazing time

It was greate every one was friendly and very helpful. I will come back next Year again. Zu Deutsch: Richtig klasse, sehr freundlich, sauber, Selbst Bettzeug gibt es was bei unseren deutschen Hostels ja nicht selbstverständlich ist.

Staff is great. Beds were comfy, hostel was clean and comfy and its pretty well located. Also the building is beautiful.

The building itself is beautiful. It is the cleanest and nicest hostel I have ever stayed in, in London. It has a few very large homely communal areas, and a huge kitchen. A perfect place to have pre drinks and hang out with people before a party. Maunel, the guy who worked on reception, was extremely hospitable and lovely- great energy and made us feel happy as soon as we arrived! The location is also amazing- close to bus stops and the palace gardens which are stunnning! I will be back & will most definitely recommend.

This hostel is really nice place to stay. I really appreciated the stuff - helpful, friendly, always there if you need them. The pleace is clean in the rooms, living areas, washrooms... Also the location is great - nice and safe street. I liked the atmosphere and I will come back for sure.

VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF. BEAUTIFUL HOSTEL.

The staff were very friendly, and the hostel itself is very beautiful. Everything was clean and as described and there were nice, big open communal areas. The wifi works, and breakfast had a good selection. Really great location (a few minutes from the Natural History Museum and South Kensington tube station).

The twin private ensuite was really very good: the room was bigger than expected, there was a TV and it felt a bit like in a hotel.

Everything was great, I could not ask for more.
