도착 전 계좌 이체로 요금을 결제하셔야 합니다. 예약이 완료되면 숙박 업체 측에서 계좌 이체 안내를 위해 직접 연락드립니다.
숙소 도착 시 손해 보증금(USD 100)을 지불하셔야 합니다. 체크아웃 후 14일 이내에 환불 받으실 수 있습니다.
이 숙소는 어떠한 종류의 파티도 허용하지 않습니다.

When booking the "Quadruple Room with Shared Bathroom OR Private Bathroom - Please request" - Please send the property a message or give them a call requesting which bathroom type you would prefer. Private Bathroom is subject to availability and not guaranteed when booking this room type.


Hilo Bay Studio Rules:

1. No shoes inside the building.

2. No smoking or burning of anything inside the building.

3. No drugs are allowed to be stored or consumed here.

4. Quiet time is 22:00-08:00. During this time, conversations must be in whispers, televisions are turned off or way down, and please limit noisy activities like showering, cooking, washing dishes etc.

5. Check-out is 10:00. Late checkout must be arranged in advance and cannot be guaranteed. Speak with the front desk if you need baggage storage after checkout time.

6. Remember you are sharing space -- if your actions offend or inconvenience our other guests, we will insist that you leave immediately.

7. All members of your party must be 18 years of age or older.

8. We reserve the right to relocate guests to more appropriate rooms if necessary.
