Student Castle Cancellation Policy: Get in touch and tell us straight away. How much we can help will depend on the timing and the circumstances of your cancellation. 1) Once you have paid your holding deposit and you have been allocated a room, then should you decide to cancel then the holding deposit is non-refundable. 2) If you have paid the holding deposit and signed the license agreement then you will be held to the terms of the license until a replacement licensee is found. 3)If you rebook a room for a subsequent year and your deposit is carried forward, and then you decide to cancel this booking then the deposit will be withheld.

For 2021/22 academic year bookings, if you meet any of the conditions below, you will be able to cancel your booking and receive a full refund of your Holding Deposit and any paid rent payments:

No Visa No Pay: If you do not get your visa to come and study in the UK, you must send us the visa application rejection letter within 72 hours of receiving it. This policy is valid until 20 August 2021.

No Place No Pay: If you fail to gain the required qualifications and are not accepted into the University, you need to send us the university rejection letter, or proof that the exam results don’t meet the requirements of the university. You must send us the proof documents within 72 hours of receiving them. This policy is valid until 20 August 2021. Please send your request and the supporting official documents to the respective schemes email. Should you fail to provide the necessary information within 72 hours, your Holding Deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to withdraw the offer at any time.
