L'ambiance est "anonyme " et la propreté dans les détails est à travailler. C'est un lieu peu propice à la convivialité. Un nettoyage complet est à faire. Sinon, satisfaisant de ce lieu! Nicolas Henric
The WOW Amsterdam is really badly placed, the neighborhood is not at all reassuring, no private parking, so we are obliged to pay for parking. Regarding the employees, they are all unpleasant and charge everything they can. There is no towel available, and remember to take a padlock for the locker because they are not lent.
This hostel is a great place to stay to visit Amsterdam ! Rooms are clean and the breakfast is great. One guy of the team should be more careful about the information and the tips he gives to the tourists since because of him we couldn’t rent bikes. Apart from that people are nice and we had a nice stay
