Reception Hours: - Monday to Friday: 7:30 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 21:00 - Saturday and Sunday: 8.30 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 19:00 Guests arriving after 18:00 must contact the property to arrange check-in. Late check-in from Monday to Friday closes at 21:00. Late check-in on Saturday and Sunday closes at 18:30. A damages deposit will be requested upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. - For stays of 1 to 3 nights, credit card details are requested for the deposit. - For stays of 4 to 29 nights, a EUR 200 security deposit is required and is to be paid in cash or by credit card. Beds are made on arrival and towels are changed during the stay. For stays between 1 and 29 nights with a flexible tariff, daily cleaning is included except for the kitchenette and dishes. For stays over 4 nights with a partially refundable rate, bed linen and towels are changed once a week after 7 nights and the final cleaning is not included. Please note that upon check-in guests will be requested to show a photo ID and a credit card. The details of these cards must match the reservation's holder ones. Please note that on weekends and bank holidays breakfast is served from 8.30 to 10.30. Please note that the indoor garage has very limited places and cannot be reserved prior to arrival. Another private garage is available in the area at an extra cost. Both garages are only accessible during opening hours of the reception desk. All children aged 4 to 11 years old can enjoy breakfast at a reduced rate. A cot for babies under 2 years old can be accommodated in the Studio with Balcony upon prior request and at an extra cost.
