숙소 도착 시 손해 보증금(EUR 250)을 지불하셔야 합니다. 신용카드를 통해 지불하실 수 있습니다. 체크아웃 시 환불 받으실 수 있습니다. 숙소 측에서 객실 점검 후 이상이 없을 시 손해 보증금 전액을 신용카드를 통해 돌려드립니다.

Monday to Friday: 07:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 21:00
Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 17:00
Sunday: 08:00 to 12:00
The reception is closed on French public holidays.

Please note that:
For stays from 1 to 6 nights, end-of-stay cleaning is included.
For stays from 7 to 27 nights, weekly cleaning is included.
For stays from 28 days, cleaning service will be provided every 2 weeks. Additional cleaning can be provided at extra cost.
Please note that guests are responsible for cleaning their kitchen area before departure. If the kitchen area is not clean, an extra fee will apply.

For non-refundable bookings, guests will receive an email after completing their reservation with a link in order to make their payment online. For bookings of 7 nights or more, guests will receive an email after completing their reservation in order to have their credit card pre-authorised.
