Please note that upon arrival, guests must provide the credit/debit card used to book. This card will be pre-authorized GBP 100- 200 for use against any incidental charges, such as damages. This deposit is fully refundable within 10 working days after check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

Photo ID which matches the name on the card must also be provided. If a guest does not have the card, an alternative payment must be provided and the original card shall be refunded.

This property does not accept cash, cheques or foreign currency. If booking using the “no credit card required” option, a credit card is still required on arrival for payment and security deposit.

Check-in is at the main reception located at 121 Grove Street, EH3 8AA. The reception is open 24 hours.

A maximum of 2 dogs are permitted at the property for an additional fee. Cats and other pets are not accepted. Please contact Fountain Court directly for more information.

There is not lift in the Morrison property.

For bookings of 3 or more apartments different payment and cancellation policies may apply. The property may get in contact with the guest after booking with further information.
