Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and government requirements, all bookings must include the guests' phone number and address. Upon check-in, all guests must present valid photo ID with a home address listed. Please note there are minor ongoing renovation works to the building's exterior. All work is conducted between 09:00 and 17:00 to minimise disruption for guests. Please note this is a strictly non-smoking property. Guests who are found smoking may be subject to a GBP 150 fine and asked to leave the property without a refund. Damages will also be chargeable and costs will depend on the damages to repair. Guest cards be pre-authorised for GBP 50. The adjacent Lymedale Bar & Restaurant hosts live music every Friday and Saturday night until late. Guests may experience some noise or light disturbances, but staff will do their best to manage the noise levels. Please note that the upper level floors are accessible by stairs only.
