Please note, the name of the guest checking in must match the name on the booking confirmation and on the identification provided. If the guest needs to change the name on the reservation, there is a USD 99 fee. This must be changed through Resort Stay.
This property does not offer daily cleaning service. Resort does provide cleaning packs: laundry soap, dish soap, washer/dryer, and vacuums are available for guests.
Upon departure, the resort will charge a Hawaii Transient Accommodation Tax of USD 5.95 a day for the 1B Condo, and USD 8.74 a day for the 2B Cottage. There is also a resort fee of USD 10.42 a day for the 1 Bedroom Condo and USD 15.63 a day for the 2 Bedroom Cottage.
