Please note that for guests booking on the same day of check in, an AUD $200 refundable cash deposit may be required upon arrival. Please note that reception opening hours are from 08:00 until 19:30 hours on weekdays, and from 09:00 to 16:00 on weekends. Guests arriving outside reception opening hours (late night or early morning) must inform the hotel of their estimated time of arrival when booking so that arrangements for an after hours check-in can be made. Please note that guests arriving after 24:00 must also book the night they are arriving, as check in is from 14:00 and check out is at 10:00. Please note that extra beds and babycots are only available upon request. Please note that upon check in, guests are required to present a valid credit card in the name that the reservation was made under.
