If this is not completed, a cleaning charge will be deducted from the deposit. Please note that a print of your bank card will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the accommodation during your stay. Please note that beds are not made upon arrival. Bed linen and towels are not included, except for the Apartment with Cabin with Balcony or Terrace (6 Adults) and the Classic Apartment 1 Room and 2 Cabins with Balcony (7 Adults), but if guests need extra, on-site rental is available. Pets can be accommodated for an extra EUR 10 per day or EUR 50 for stays over 5 days. Please note that from 1 October to 1 December 2019, the reception will be open from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00 on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. On Wednesday and Sunday it will be open from 09:00 to 12:00.
