Group Bookings only, for a minimum of 8 -10 people, maximum stay 25 days.
Over 18's only and no hen or stag parties.
ID and right to stay verified status required for each person.
Bed linen are always included. (1 set for the whole stay). Towels will be GBP10 (1 set for the entire stay)- There is a Laundry Service, at an extra cost, and it will be carried out by a laundry service off site.
Food - Breakfast will be catered for and ordered in and not cooked on site -
Breakfast: GBP25-35 approx for Cooked Breakfast, GBP20-25 for Continental.
Lunch and Dinner: There maybe options to order in dinner and lunch but on an order basis.
