Cambie Hostel - Gastown

밴쿠버 시내에 위치가 좋은 호스텔로 비교적 깨끗합니다. 반면에 1층에 있는 화장실은 우리가 머무는 동안 서비스가 되지 않았고 주방 시설이 열악했습니다(모든 사람을 위한 잔, 접시, 수저가 충분하지 않음).

Muy bueno

Les espaces communs ne sont pas très bien aménagés et assez étroits. Pareil pour la salle de bain commune qui est vraiment trop petite et mal agencée, surtout pour le nombre de personnes que l'auberge peut accueillir. Dans les chambres on entends la musique des soirées du bar du rez-de-chaussée comme si on y était, on sent même parfois les lits vibrer. Il y a souvent beaucoup de gens bourrés et drogués qui font du bruit la nuit. En gros c'est loin d'être endroits reposant et confortable, même pour une auberge de jeunesse.

Auberge de jeunesse vraiment pas cher, mais le quartier n'est pas très sympa, on croise souvent des junkies. Toilettes et douches sales, et une seule toilette était fonctionnelle. Il y a un bar très bruyant juste en bas, impossible de dormir avant 2 heures... pas cher mais pas très confort.

Wifi in the dorm rooms is excellent. The staff are very helpful and made sure my lost luggage from my flight arrived safe and sound at reception. Great central location, a short walk from the train station.

In all honesty the hostel is fine. I read mixed reviews. Yes it could be a little cleaner but I have definitely stayed at worse places, some people exaggerate a lot on this. Atmosphere was really good. Nice bar and restaurant. Location couldn't be better, good nightlife downstairs and around the area. Good kitchen facilitates and a decent living room/common area to hang out. Staff are really helpful and friendly.

Not much to be very honest.The breakfast was good value.

I liked the location, so close to downtown but in a much cooler area. I liked the building.. was cool. Lockers in the rooms were great and the mattresses were real ones.. and big! Cleanliness was really good, the cleaners do a great job nothing ever has enough time to get dirty!

It was really clean and the staff were really friendly and helpful with stuff I needed to know and even charging my phone for me! The rooms are big and the beds are really comfortable with lockers to safely store your stuff. The free breakfast from the cafe next door was a real bonus too :) and delicious!

reception was so friendly and kind!! You can go everywhere in Vancouver from Cambie.

Good zone

Location is everything. Close to public transport and great shopping only 10 mins walk away.

Stayed only one short night, breakfast could be upgraded to an awesome English breakfast, which was great.

I think the location is great, ok the Pub downstairs is noisy all the time, but if you are a partypeople then it is ok. And I could sleep even I was living on floor one. Really shit was the broken mens bathroom in floor one. And really disgusting is that the hostel takes 45 dollar for the bed in a dorm from 9th feb-12th march (olympics).... that is NOT nice.Anyway I hope the paint the kitchen and rooms before the 9th feb.But the breakfast is good and I saw other hostels in Vancouver and this is still one of the better hostels.

Very fun, and in one of the best locations you can hope for. The pub was excellent and the rooms so secure that even the guests have trouble getting the doors to unlock! Friendly staff and an all around great hostel.
